Returns Policy


Faulty or Damaged Goods Return

You may be eligible for refund or exchange any product that is faulty or damaged during transit.

In order to be eligible for a refund or credit, you have to return the product within 5 days of your purchase. After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund or credit. 

We will reimburse the total cost of your invoice, including shipping charges, to your account which you used to pay for the invoice. Please contact us first to initial the return process. We reserve the right to reject reimbursing excessive return costs.

Change of Mind Return

You may refund or exchange any product if you change your mind or you accidentally make a wrong order.

You must return the goods to us within 5 days of receiving the goods. The product must be returned in good condition. This means it must be in its original packaging unopened, unused and in its original condition. We do not accept returns even if only a few pieces inside the whole carton have been used. You are responsible for the return shipment. A 10% restocking fee will be charged. We will reimburse the cost of the items of your purchase(Minus shipping charges and restocking fee) to your account which you used to pay for the invoice.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 5 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
